If you are ever unsatisfied, we would be happy to refund or exchange your item - no questions asked - within 30 days of receiving your item. We do need the item to be return in the condition it was received, or else a restocking fee of 30% may be deducted from your refund. { See damages section listed below for more information} Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Lark & Lola fans often rave about the unique, handcrafted style of many of our products. Most of our products are handmade right here in Colorado! Embellished clipboards, notebooks, necklaces, wall pretties - it's all made with love and many items are even one-of-a-kind. It is the nature of handcrafted items to sometimes have imperfections that, in our opinion, give them more personality. Many of our handcrafted beauties are given a distressed look for a feel of vintage charm. When you purchase an item that is handcrafted at Lark & Lola, please be mindful of this! But as always, your satisfaction is important to us - so you can return or exchange the item within 30 days in it's original condition received. Our shipping and handling charges are based on approximate weight and size of an item. Online we only offer domestic shipping for orders - if you live outside of the US, please contact us for shipping options, and arrangements for shipment can be made. When you add an item to your online shopping cart, shipping charges will be applied before checkout, so you're always aware of the charges before submitting any information. As a courtesy, orders over $60 include shipping insurance. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order once payment is made.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately - preferably within 24 hours - for instructions on how to return your item. If we are not alerted of the damaged items right away, we may not be able to refund or replace it so it is important that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can fully remedy the issue.
